Below is a sample of our clients:
- Williamsburg Shopping Center - The Willimasburg Shopping Center web site was created out of the client's desire to create a web space market the existance of his property and his current tenants.
- The Value Minute - AWS was approached to provide the creative web site design for this site. Special attention was paid to navigational and information architecture requirements as well as the client's color preferences.
- Nova-Properties - Nova Properties is a full service real estate firm serving Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. They approached AWS because their website was very limited in terms of design and growth. They were particularly interested in the property management solution AWS had implemented for Fall Properties and a desire to manage all of their site content - not just the property specific pages. AWS came in and provided a fresh updated look that is flexible to accomodate growth as well as a back end administrative tool that allows them to administer their website without technical html knowledge.
-
St. Matthew's Weekday School - AWS considers this to be a very special project. The owner's children have and currently do attend the Weekday School. AWS proposed creating this web site to help the school better market itself as well as serve as a communication tool with parents. In December 2005, AWS helped the school streamline its registration process by allowing parents to register their children online. This new process has elimated the early morning lines and stress previously associated with registration.
-
Heart of America Foundation - AWS took control of the Heart of America (HOA) to help the organization work through several maintainence and e-commerce issues. It was quickly realilzed that in order to accomodate the demands of up and coming initiatives, HOA needed a complete website redesign and reorganization of its information architecture. AWS worked with HOA to create a site that is easy to navigate, flexible enough to incorporate new programs and initiatives, and positioned to be maintained by HOA staff.
-
Microfinance Management Institute: Resource Library - AWS was recruited to provide programming support for the Resource Library and Suggest a Document section of this website. AWS used php programming to connect the library template pages to a back end database, incorporate a search mechansim, as well as capture suggestions for including new documents in the Resource Library. AWS also programmed a web-enabled adminstrative feature that allows the Library administrators to add, update, delete and approve Library documents.
-
Kalis Development Corporation - This property management corporation website was created to provide corporate integrity and credibility. One goal was to improve communication with tenants through the use of submission forms and profiles of each property managed.
-
Fall Properties - AWS recently migrated the Fall Properties website to a content management system uniquely designed to meet the needs of real estate companies. Features of the new Fall Properties web site include the ability to request a property viewing via email, email a property to a a friend, calculate mortgage rates for a specific property, map the property's location, and print a property brochure. Other features include a newsletter registration form and a new "Meet the Team" section. As part of the upgrade, non-technical Fall Properties staff now have the ability to add new properties to the site, change content and better monitor client interests and real estate needs.
